Our conditions

There is a discount for extra beds added to any room: -70% for children until 2 years; -50% for children up to 6 years; 20% for children from 6 to 12 years; -10% for adults.

Supplements: For a single person in a double room there is a supplement of 50% per day. For a stay of less than 4 days the supplement is 8 € per day.

Deposit: To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 400 € per room. The deposit can be paid by cheque or credit card.

Check in/out: Rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival. In the event of arrival being after 18.00 we ask that you advise us by telephone. On day of departure, guests are required to vacate their rooms by 10.00.

Cancellation: When a cancellation is made we are obliged to retain the deposit paid to confirm a reservation. In the event of late arrival, early departure or in case of no-show, our insurance against Cancellation Costs guarantees our guests cover. In the case of late arrival, early departure or in case of no-show according to EC law, cancellation costs can be

deducted. To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of any of the above quoted cases, we recommend you to take our travel insurance with ELVIA. Please, ask for the necessary request form, when booking.
   

INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE ART. 13 OF THE LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 196/03. In accordance to the art. 13 of the legislative decree relating the processing of personal data, the present communication gives you information about the use. The here compiled data have the purpose to register the person concerned for activate an information service regarding special offers, prices and more of the Hotel Linder. The communication of the data is handled electronically and happens voluntarily: an eventual denial implies the impossibility of the data handling for the above-mentioned purpose. At any time the person concerned reserves the right to require the updating, the amendment or the complention of eventual incomplete data.
