We begin with the base technique like the use of the brakes, technique of the curves, balance and general handling of the mountain bike.
The Vallunga offers ideal conditions to learn the moving technique on the mountain bike. The last day we will get the chance to put into the practice all the theory during an adventurous bike excursion on the Alpe di Siusi surmounting by cable railway the upward difference in altitude. On top, relaxed and motivated, we will take the way down focusing our full attention to perfect our guiding technique.
